Privacy and personal data.

Short version: we only collect what we need to get back to you, newsletters are only sent if you tick that box yourself and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.

Who is responsible

JUNIVERSE is a concept in development. The name, registration number and contact details of the company acting as data controller will be published here before the forms are used publicly. Until then, you can reach the founding team through the forms on the website.

What we collect

• Early access (ages 14–18): first name, email, age range and, if you want, your preferred Stockholm area and interests. We do not ask for a surname, address, phone number or date of birth.
• Parent enquiry: first name, email, relation to the teenager, optional age range, topics and your message.
• Partner enquiry: name, organisation, work email, stakeholder type, area of interest, your message and, if you choose, investor type, whether you have premises, website or collaboration type.

If someone states they are under 14, no registration is recorded. We do not keep the details.

Why

• To contact you about JUNIVERSE when applications open, or to answer your question or enquiry.
• To understand interest in different parts of the concept, in aggregated form.
• News by email is only sent if you actively ticked that box. It is never pre-ticked.

Legal basis

• Email newsletters: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Anyone aged 14 or over can give this consent themselves.
• Registering interest and answering questions: legitimate interest in contacting you about what you asked for.

Suppliers and where data is stored

The website and forms run on hosting and database suppliers. Which suppliers are used, and that data is stored in the EU/EEA or with valid safeguards for transfers, will be stated here before the forms are used publicly.

How long

Details are kept as long as needed for the purposes above, and deleted if you ask. Exact retention periods will be set before launch and published here.

Analytics and cookies

The website has no tracking or advertising cookies installed. If analytics tools are added later, they will only run after your consent.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted and withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
